How do I approve a representation request?

When a talent adds you as their representative on their account, you will receive an automated notification email. Please ensure that the email address the talent entered matches the email address associated with your specific account.

Once you receive the email, it will appear as follows:

An email notification from Cast It Talent addressed to a talent representative. The email states that an actor named Tiffany has signed up for the platform and identified the recipient as their representative.

To approve the request and link the talent to your roster, follow these steps:

  1. Open the notification email sent to your inbox.

  2. Copy the approval link provided in the message.

  3. Paste the link into your web browser's address bar.

A right-click context menu is open, with the "Paste" option highlighted in blue. The main browser window displays the standard "You’ve gone Incognito" landing page, which features the fedora-and-glasses icon and bulleted lists explaining privacy settings.

After you navigate to the link, the browser will display a confirmation message indicating that the actor has been successfully added to your account.

In the center of the page, a red outlined box contains the notification: "Your approval process is sucessfully completed" (with "successfully" misspelled as "sucessfully"). Above the message is a "Select actor" dropdown menu and an "Add" button. The page title "Projects" is visible in a tab-style button on the left.

Once you have clicked the link and seen this message, the talent's account is approved. You can now manage their profile and submit them for upcoming projects.
