If you are an agent or manager looking to represent your talent on our platform, you are in the right place. This article explains how to set up your account, manage your client roster, and use our Pro features to help your talent get discovered by casting directors and creative executives.

How to Sign Up for an Account

You can sign up for a representative account directly through our website. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Go to our Homepage and select Agent Sign up at https://app.castittalent.com/login/

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you can choose between a Free Basic account or a Pro Account for $99/month.

  3. Fill out the Talent Rep Registration form.

  4. If your company is not already registered in our system, enter the name and select Add My Agency.

  5. After filling out the form, select Confirm.

  6. Check your email; you will receive a message from Cast It Talent with your login credentials.

Once you have your credentials, your account is ready to use!

Adding Your Agency or Management Details

If you are an agent or manager and your company is not appearing in our agency drop-down box, you can add it manually. Simply select Add My Agency, which is the first item listed in the agency drop-down box, and enter your representative details there.

Managing Your Roster

You can manage all your clients from the Roster page. Keeping your roster updated ensures you can submit the right talent for the right roles quickly.

Adding Actors to Your Roster

  1. Navigate to the Roster page.

  2. Enter the actor's stage name in the field in the upper right-hand corner and click Enter.

  3. Click the Add Actor drop-down that appears.

  4. Confirm their email address or enter it if required. If you do not have their personal email or prefer not to enter it, you can leave this section blank.

  5. Click Add Actor to finalize.

Removing Actors from Your Roster

  • To remove an actor, simply click the red X located next to their stage name on the Roster page.

How do I confirm a submission was sent successfully?

You can track all successful submissions in your Messages tab. Use the Send toggle on this page to see everything made through your account. This page displays the actor name, Casting Office name, and the submitted media files so you can verify that everything was received correctly.

An actor appears in my roster but not in my Select Actor dropdown. What can I do?

If an actor is missing from the submission drop-downs, it usually means their account is currently inactive. Inactive actors will have a red border around their headshot in your roster. To fix this:

  1. Go to the Roster tab and locate the actor.

  2. Click on their headshot.

  3. Verify that the email in the pop-up is correct and click Activate Actor.

The actor will now be active and appear in your submission drop-downs again.
