Note Visibility Levels
When you add a note to a video, you can decide exactly who sees it. You can use the dropdown arrows on the right-hand side to view and select specific users, or choose from the following groups:
Only Me: Only the user who created the note can view it.
Only the Casting Office: All admin users on the project and site admins of the host company.
Production Team: Anyone who has access to the video page.
Managing and Editing Notes
We know plans change, so we make it easy to update your notes. Once a note is created, the original creator or users with admin access can manage it by clicking the three dots on the right-hand side. From here you can:
Edit the text of the note.
Delete the note entirely.
Update the user access (visibility) settings.
Using List Notes
If you want a specific note to stand out, you can designate it as a "List Note." inside the edit menu (the three dots), simply click Show on List. This allows that specific note to appear on the main List view of the project, as well as on the video itself.
