How do I use the Consolidate tool?
If you find a talent listed twice in the same role and want to combine their videos into one profile, use the following steps:
Choose the Actor Menu for the target instance of the actor (this is the entry you want to keep).
Hover over Copy/Move.
Select Consolidate.
Choose the other instance of the actor (the entry you want to merge into the first).
Hover over Copy/Move.
Select Consolidate.
Select OKAY.
Refresh the page.
You will now see that the duplicate instance has been merged into your target instance.
