CASTING DIRECTOR: Adding a New Series

This is a short introduction for Casting Directors looking to get a new series started on Cast It Systems. 

1. Login to your Cast It Systems profile

2. Click the “Add New Series” blue button

3. Fill out the following fields (These are necessary for a quote):

• • Series Name: The Name of the series
  • Season Number: Season you are working on
  • Studio: The studio attached to the project
  • Network: The network attached to the project
  • Billing Contact Name
  • Billing Contact Email Address

4. Press the blue “Save” button to save your new series, or press "Save & Add User Access" to save your series, and give other people access to this series. NOTE: The system will automatically create the episodes for you

5. You should now see the new series populate your page. You can toggle between viewing your projects and series separated or intermixed by clicking the "View Series" button.

6. A representative from the Cast It Systems support team will reach out to you to issue/confirm a quote with you. Once you've approved the quote, your video capabilities will be turned on and you're all set to start casting!
