Grant User Access to a Project/Singular Series Episode

DISCLAIMER: Anything other than a series is considered a “project” (this includes series episodes)

WARNING: this will grant access to an entire Project, or Singular Series Episode 

1. Login to your CIS profile 
   
   
2. Click into the Project
   
   
3. Click the “Add/Edit” User Access button
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. On the "Users Tab" select "Add User". Type in the email of the user you want to add to the project in the “Name/Email” box and set their access level. Press “Add”
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. If a user account with that email already exists, simply choose the access level and select “Add” or “Add & Notify”*.
   *Add & Notify will send the user an email notifying that they have access to a new project
   
   If a user does NOT already exist with the email, you will be prompted to Create an account. Simply fill out their first and last name and set an access level.
