Adding a New Project
DISCLAIMER: Anything other than a series is considered a “project” (this includes series episodes)
1. Click the “Add New Project” blue button
2. Fill out the following fields:
- Project/Episode Name - this is the name of the project or episode within a series
- Studio - if the studio is known you can input it here
- Network - if the network is known you can input it here
- Type - What type of project it is
- Budget - the budget of the project/series episode
- Greenlit - Whether or not the project is greenlit
- Billing Contact Name - This is necessary to have video capabilities turned on.
- Billing Contact Email - This is necessary to have video capabilities turned on.
3. Press the blue “SAVE” button
4. You should now see the new project/series episode populate the “Projects” page - if you still don’t see it, refresh your page.
5. If you filled out all of the required information, someone from the Cast It Systems support team will reach out to issue/confirm a quote with you
6. Once you've approved the quote, your video capabilities will be turned on and you're all set to start casting!
