Adding a New Project

DISCLAIMER: Anything other than a series is considered a “project” (this includes series episodes)

1. Click the “Add New Project” blue button

2. Fill out the following fields: 

• Project/Episode Name - this is the name of the project or episode within a series
• Studio - if the studio is known you can input it here
• Network - if the network is known you can input it here
• Type  - What type of project it is
• Budget - the budget of the project/series episode
• Greenlit - Whether or not the project is greenlit
• Billing Contact Name - This is necessary to have video capabilities turned on.
• Billing Contact Email - This is necessary to have video capabilities turned on.

3. Press the blue “Add” button

4. You should now see the new project/series episode populate the “Projects” page - if you still don’t see it, refresh your page.

5. Someone from the Cast It Systems support team will reach out to you to issue/confirm a quote with you

6. Once you've approved the quote, your video capabilities will be turned on and you're all set to start casting!
