Viewing & Sorting Submissions

Submission management is an important part of the casting process. These submissions come from any video that is sent to you via the Project URL link. 

1. Login to CIS
   
   
   
2. Click into your Project and select the "Submissions" tab
   
   
   
   
3. You can review the following: 
   1. Videos that talent have uploaded - click on the camera icon
   2. Notes that talent have added with their submission - click on the clapper icon
   3. Talent's Resume or IMDB link - click on the resume or IMDB icon (IMDB will appear only if talent has linked it)
      
      
      
      
      
      
   4. Sort the talent by assigning them a color, and then filter by that color
      
      
      
      
      
      
   5. Select the checkbox in the right corner to perform an action with this specific talent (you can select multiple talent at once to perform the same action too)
      
      you can move talent to: 
      1. Role List
      2. Other Roles
      3. Rejected Bin
      4. My CastIt Database
      5. Junk Submission Bin
