CASTING DIRECTOR: How To: Consolidate Talent

If you ever find a talent listed twice in the same role and you want to consolidate their videos into one talent, you can do so with the CONSOLIDATE tool.

1. Choose the Actor Menu for the target instance of the actor (in this case, the instance of Ana Rocha Martins in position 2)
2. Hover over Copy/Move
3. Select Consolidate
4. Choose the other instance of the actor (in this case, Ana Rocha Martins in position 6)
5. Hover over Copy/Move
6. Select Consolidate
7. Select OKAY
8. Refresh the page
9. See that the instance of Ana Rocha Martins in position 6 has been merged into the instance in position 2.
   
   DONE!
